The Connections Resource Centre is inviting people aged 55 and over to participate in a workshop on tips and tricks for using their cell phones on Wednesday, November 25th, in Campbell’s Bay.
Presented as part of a lunch and learn session, the event will take place from noon to 2:30 p.m. at the Club de l’âge d’or in Campbell’s Bay, located at 2 Elsie Street, in the basement of Bouffe Pontiac.
The workshop will feature Alina Holmes, from the Western Quebec Literacy Council, who will answer questions on participants’ mobile devices and share practical tips for making the most of them.
The event will begin with a free lunch, followed by an information session for participants to ask questions and learn more about their phone’s features.
The meeting will be offered in English and is intended for individuals who wish to gain confidence and autonomy in using their device.
