Interview – Yannick La Salle – Canadian Culinary Championships

A local Chef originally from the municipality of Bryson, Yannick La Salle, along with his team of Chefs from Les Fougères restaurant in Chelsea, won first place at the 2019 Canadian Culinary Championships. This prestigious culinary award, which aims to raise funds for the Canadian Olympic Foundation, took place last weekend in the city of Kelowna, British Columbia. In an interview with CHIP 101.9, Yannick La Salle told us all about it, in this interview with Eric O’Brien.
