The Brauwerk Hoffman brewery will celebrate its one year anniversary this Sunday, December 8th, from 11am to 3pm, and 4pm to 7pm with the presentation of a new beer, samples and food. For the occasion, CHIP 101.9 spoke to the owner, Todd Hoffman, to reflect on the first year of business for the brewery.
