The MRC Pontiac will receive $ 40,000 from Desjardins Group to carry out a business identification and prospecting project aimed at diversifying the economy of the MRC Pontiac.

This project has three priority groups:

Priority 1
– Agri-food processing
– Forestry manufacturing production
– Greenhouse Farm products
Priority 2
– Cement and concrete products
– Mining services
Priority 3
– Forest biomass
– Products based on lignocellulose
– Hop sector

The total cost of this project is $ 145,000. Nearly $ 800,000 will be invested to support 7 projects in the Outaouais region by Desjardins Group.
