2nd Edition of the ‘My Employer Is the Best!’ Contest

The Table Éducation Outaouais, in collaboration with the region’s Youth Employment Centers, is organizing the 2nd edition of the ‘My Employer Is the Best!’ contest. Through this second edition, employers who have adopted best practices for a healthy balance between studies, work, and personal life—thereby supporting educational success and the well-being of young employees—will be recognized. Jeanie Pinard-Duhaime, Director of Table Éducation Outaouais, explains what motivated the creation of the ‘My Employer Is the Best!’ contest and shares the insights gained from the first edition.

You have until November 24, 2025, to participate in the contest. Certain conditions must be met. There will be prizes for both students and employers. The awards for student employees will be presented in December 2025. The winning finalist employer will be announced on February 16, 2026, as part of the School Perseverance Days.
