17 and under will get free access to zecs in 2018
The Quebec Federation of Zecs (FQGZ) unveiled a new promotion to get young people to visit the Zecs in 2018. Beginning this summer, anyone 17 and under will be able to fish and hunt small game free of charge if accompanied by an adult who is licensed for hunting and fishing. The purpose of this initiative is to invite families to come and learn more about one or more Zecs’ 63 territories across Quebec and the resources they have to offer. This free service is part of the new family development strategy launched in 2017. The Zec Network is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
