Interview – Fernard Roy – Waltham requests speed reduction on hyw 148

The Municipality of Waltham has issued a request to the ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) to reduce the speed limit on highway 148, between Davidson and Waltham, to allow all-terrain vehicles (ATV) to circulate legally on the highway, as a way for the PPJ, between Davidson and Waltham, to remain solely for cyclists. The director general of the municipality of Waltham, Fernand Roy, gave more details, in this interview.
