Thank you for considering becoming a member of CHIP FM community radio. Your important support helps us survive as a non-profit organization.

For Individuals

The cost of a membership card is 10$ per year, and needs to be renewed on the 30th of September of each year.

Membership benefits include:

  • The right to vote at the annual general assembly (Pontiac residents);
  • Qualification to participate in special membership contests;
  • Access to advertise in the CHIP Flea Market and Community Events Calendar.
  • Satisfaction for helping to support CHIP FM.
How to become a member

You can pay your membership in 4 different ways :

  • At the radio station, from 9 AM to 4 PM, from Monday to Friday, at the 138 rue Principale in Fort-Coulonge.
  • By posting your payment (see all the information at the end of this page)
  • By doing an Interac or E-transfer payment of 12$ (10$ + 2$ post fees) to membership chipfm.com. Thank you to choose “member” as the answer to the security question.
  • By paying online, through this paypal link :

Numbered magnets “J’aime le bingo”

You will now receive a numbered magnet with your membership inscription! 50$ will be drawn on air every month, from October to June, before the Mega-Bingo (first Thuesday of the month). The winning number will be displayed on our website, and on the Facebook page as well. The winner will have 10 days to claim the prize.

For Organizations (Non Profit)

The membership cost for non profit organizations is $120.00 per year, and needs to be renewed at the start of February each year. Commercial businesses do not qualify for membership, but may still purchase on-air advertising. (Visit our Contact page for more information.)

Membership benefits include:

  • Bilingual announcements of your event(s) in our ’Community Events’ announcement, aired 2 times a day (except for Sunday);
  • Promotion through our website;
  • News coverage;
  • On-air interviews to promote your organizations and/or events.
