Village en fête is this Saturday June 8, reserve your helicopter tour now

The next edition of Village en fête in Fort-Coulonge will take place on June 8.

In the CHIP 101.9 studio, organizer Claudee Galipeau said they just got the confirmation that the highly anticipated helicopter tours will be returning again this year. Participants are now being asked to reserve their spots before Saturday.

Helicopter tours details;

• A maximum of 3 people per ride; $135 for 5 minutes (45$ / per person)
• A maximum of 3 people; at 225$ for 10 minutes (75$ / per person)

For those staying on the ground this Saturday, there are activities planned for the whole family and more than fifteen kiosks that have already confirmed their presence. Galipeau explained that this year as a trial run, Village en fête will take place on rue Bryson, instead of on rue Baume like in previous years.

Another new attraction this year for children is Touch-a-truck. Multiple service vehicles will be on site including a fire truck, police truck, ambulance and more to allow kids to get an up-close look. Galipeau finished by inviting residents to come out to Village en fête 2024 this Saturday, June 8, on Bryson Street in Fort-Coulonge, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine.
