Campbell’s Bay Wrestler, Geneviève Morrison, wins Canadian Senior Championship after years of not competing

The Campbell’s Bay native athlete Genevieve Morrison recently made a successful return to professional wrestling at the Canadian Senior Championships in Waterloo, Ontario.

Morrison, who had not competed in a professional wrestling competition in years, performed brilliantly in this tough competition, winning the tournament and being awarded a medal and a plaque. Genevieve Morrison was inducted into the Canada West (CW) Hall of Fame in 2020, following a decorated career as a student-athlete wrestler for the University of Calgary.
