Two arrested, drugs seized in Clarendon

On Friday April 15, officers from the local Sûreté du Québec detachment conducted a drug raid at a residence along Hwy. 148 in Clarendon.

They recovered:
– 75 methamphetamine tablets
– approximately 30 grams of cocaine
– approximately 260 grams of cannabis
– more than 5 grams of wax
– approximately 10 grams of hash
– 20 grams of magic mushrooms
– nearly 170 prescription drug tablets
– more than $19,000 in cash as well as drug trafficking paraphenelia

Police arrested two suspects, a 32-year-old man and a 58-year-old woman, who could face charges of drug trafficking.
