MRC Pontiac experiencing phone issues

MRC Pontiac issued a press release on January 20 advising residents that they are having issues with their phone system.

Those looking to contact MRC staff should:
– Call 819-648-5689 and dial 0 – they do receive some calls;
– Send an email to mrc@mrcpontiac.qc.ca;
– Call and dial the extension of the employee to be reached and leave a message;
– Send an email directly to an employee;

For the SAAQ office:
– Call 1-800-361-7620
– Make an appointment online: https://saaq.gouv.qc.ca/prise-de-rendez-vous/?point-de-service=MRCPontiac
– If the transaction must be done within a short period of time, people can come to the service center without an appointment.
