The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de l’Outaouais is satisfied with the first day of making vaccination appointments. According to the CISSS de l’Outaouais, during the first day, more than 3,250 appointments were granted to people 85 years of age and older and their caregiver or companion. The CISSS de l’Outaouais also revealed that nearly 1,400 calls were made to the Outaouais appointment center.

The CISSS de l’Outaouais reminds you to consult the Québec.ca/vaccinCOVID page, which is the easiest and fastest way to make an appointment and to follow the progress of the campaign. For those who do not have Internet access or who are having difficulty, the CISSS de l’Outaouais specifies that it is possible to call 1 877 644-4545 to receive support.

“If necessary, relatives are encouraged to offer support to seniors for making appointments online. We want to reassure the population aged 80 and over. Appointments for this age group will soon be possible. We will keep you informed as we go, ”mentions the CISSS de l’Outaouais.
