An agreement significantly improving the conditions of practice is necessary for the education network, which has been supporting the success of students, young people and adults, at arm’s length, for too long, ”said Daniel Boisjoli. The difficult conditions that were in place before the pandemic: the worst pay in Canada, heterogeneous classes, job insecurity (1 in 2 teachers) will not disappear as if by magic, according to the SPEHR.
