Local hockey player Quinn O’Brien will play his last regular season game with University of Ottawa

The Ottawa Gee Gees men’s hockey team captain and Vinton native Quinn O’Brien will play his last regular season game, at home, this Saturday against Laurentian. For the occasion, he and other seniors on the team will be honored for their years with the team.

Despite his University hockey career coming to an end, O’Brien remains open to continuing to play hockey.

When asked by CHIP 101.9, O’Brien said was not opposed to the idea of joining the Pontiac Comets in a future season, adding ”It would be cool too.”
