47-year-old Campbell’s Bay man arrested for drug trafficking

On October 18th, the Sûreté du Québec in the MRC Pontiac arrested a 47-year-old man from Campbell’s Bay, and searched his home for drugs. The man was arrested and later released on the promise to appear in court. He is expected to return to the Campbell’s Bay Court House at a later date where he may face charges of drug trafficking and possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

During the search of the Patterson Street residence in Campbell’s Bay, the police seized:
• more than 100 tablets of methamphetamine;
• more than 50 grams of cocaine
• more than 25 grams of hashish
• contraband cigarettes
