CHIP 101.9 posted on Facebook yesterday afternoon a new video report with a specialist from the University of Concordia, Pascale Biron, who was here in the Pontiac last week. The video itself highlights, among other things, the various issues concerning the management of 2019 floods in Quebec, such as the fact that, according to her, it is unclear which Quebec ministry is really responsible for the floods.

The Warden of MRC Pontiac, Jane Toller, was also featured in the report, where she shared her vision of establishing a new reservoir on the Ottawa River between Témiscamingue and Rapides-des-Joachims.
