La Plume Étudiante de l’Outaouais publishes its January 2019 issue

A student from Sieur-de-Coulonge High School, Malika Tellier-Massy, published a text on page 10 of the January edition of La Plume Étudiante de l’Outaouais (January 16th).

The project, formerly known as L’Étudiant Outaouais, has been preparing a new generation of journalists in the region for the past 17 years.
