Lots of visitors at l’Abattoir Les Viandes du Pontiac

Pontiac farmers and citizens were invited to an open house at l’Abattoir Les Viandes du Pontiac Inc. in Shawville, Saturday, November 3rd, where hundreds of people gathered to visit the nearly completed site. One of the co-owners, Alain Lauzon, told CHIP 101,9 that this is an important moment for the slaughterhouse:

According to Lauzon, six employees have trained from the Pontiac and will be used for the start up that should take place by the end of November.
