As of 1 pm today (Monday), 178 customers were without electricity in Mansfield with pockets of people without power in the rest of the Pontiac. In Renfrew County, as of 12:30 pm, about 3 hundred people were still without power in the Whitewater Region with over half of Cobden without power earlier this morning. 8400 customers were cut off as of 6 am.
