Tree Festival today at the MRC Pontiac

Today is the tree festival in the MRC Pontiac with 1000 trees to be distributed free to residents in the region. The activity will take place from 9 am to 3 pm in the parking lot of the MRC. Available tree species include yellow birch, red oak, bighorn oak, late cherry, sugar maple, white spruce, white and red pine, and black walnut. A barbecue will be held on site with proceeds going to Bouffe Pontiac.
