Meghan Patrick, High Valley and The Trews at Shawville Fair 2018

The Shawville Fair announced the musical lineup for the 162nd edition, which will take place from August 30 to September 3. The director of communications for the event, Josey Bouchard, talks about the music.

In addition to the traditional activities found at the fair, the Shawville Fair will feature Alberta’s High Valley, the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) female artist of 2017 Meghan Patrick , Juno Group of the Year back in 2009 Canadian Rockers The Trews. In addition to the headliners, other performers will perform this weekend including Beyond Driven, Brea Lawrenson, Rainwater Whiskey, Chris McCann, The Riley New Band, Robin Averill and Joe Turner, Next Generation Leahy and Phil Denault.

At the request by visitors, this year a range of souvenirs will be offered with the logo of the Fair, including sweaters, caps and other items.
