Several Outaouais residents will be surprised to learn of the upcoming closure of the Siberian Cat Cafe, Café Chat Sibérien located in the municipality of Chelsea. The world’s first hypoallergenic cats café is to close its doors on October 8. Our journalist Élizabeth Séguin met the owner, Michael.
