This Saturday, September 9, throughout the province, Québec’s national parks are open free of charge as part of Quebec National Parks Day. The event is free for everyone and will be the perfect opportunity to discover the parks. Simon Boivin, spokesperson for SEPAQ, says that all 24 parks are open to the public including the marine park:
In our region, the closest national park is Plaisance. This Saturday, several activities will be held at Parc Plaisance to promote the serpentine turtle, the new animal that has become the emblem of the park:
