Campbell’s Bay Opens Its New Facilities

The Municipality of Campbell’s Bay is preparing to inaugurate its renovated municipal cafeteria and unveil a new BoxUp station for the community.

The event will take place on Thursday, October 8th, at 6:00 p.m., at the municipal baseball field located at 2 Second Street. Residents are invited to attend the inauguration and explore these two new facilities.

The canteen’s renovation was made possible through an agreement between the Pontiac RCM and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, as part of the Regions and Rural Areas Fund.

Meanwhile, the BoxUp station project received support from Loisir Sport Outaouais and Circonflexe. This new facility is designed, in particular, to promote access to physical and recreational activities.

Through these two projects, the Municipality of Campbell’s Bay hopes to offer new opportunities to residents and improve the facilities available to the community. The October 8 inauguration will therefore serve as an official celebration of these new facilities.
