Pontiac needs a local driving school

Last year, at the Pontiac MRC Youth Council, students identified a significant need: easier access to driving schools in the Pontiac region. Access to driving schools was indeed one of the issues raised by young people during the 2025 meetings.

Steps are currently underway to offer this service more conveniently and accessibly throughout Pontiac.

To launch the project, experienced drivers who might be interested in becoming driving instructors are needed.

Some staff are also needed:

• full-time instructors;
• part-time instructors;
• someone able to complete the required 30-day training;
• a bilingual (French-English) candidate;
