Quyon is preparing to celebrate its community

The Quyon community will gather on Saturday, September 12th, for Quyon Community Day, a free outdoor event open to all ages.

Activities will take place at Quyon Community Park, located at 2 Ferry Road, starting at 1 p.m. The program includes all-day music, games and family activities, as well as free camping.

The musical lineup kicks off at 1 p.m. with Lorne Brady and Friends, followed by Barry Teevans and Friends, Cal Cummings, and The Saggy Bottom Boys. In the evening, the entertainment continues with performances by Larry Chevrier and Arnold Trudeau, Jessica Pearson and the East Wind, Valley Mountain, and Chicken Fried, who will close out the evening at 9 p.m.

The Quyon Lions Club will also be on hand to provide food, and a bar serving alcohol will be available.

A great opportunity to connect with neighbours, enjoy outdoor music, and celebrate the Quyon community.
