The Fort-Coulonge Book Fair returns for its second edition

The second annual Fort-Coulonge Book Fair will be held on August 8th, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pontiac Conference Centre. Organized to celebrate the joy of reading, the event will bring together approximately 40 authors from French-speaking Ontario and Quebec.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet authors, attend book signings, and participate in various activities, including interactive presentations, discussions with authors, and encounters with animals. Several door prizes will also be awarded.

According to the organizers, the program will showcase a wide variety of books, ranging from non-fiction and novels to poetry, graphic novels, and children’s books. An exhibition entitled “From Page to Screen,” produced in collaboration with the Réseau Biblio Outaouais, will also be on display.

Admission to the Book Fair is free. The organizers invite families and reading enthusiasts to come and discover the authors and enjoy this cultural activity in the region.
