Summer job at the Municipality of Chichester: museum guide position at the Musée de la Culbute

The Municipality of Chichester is offering a seasonal Museum Guide position at the Musée de la Culbute for the summer of 2026. The job will begin around the end of June 2026 and will last approximately 8 to 9 weeks, at 30 to 40 hours per week, including weekends. The hourly wage is $16.60.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old, have attended school full-time during the current school year, and plan to return to school in the fall, either at the secondary or post-secondary level. Bilingualism is considered an asset.

Main responsibilities include welcoming tourists and visitors, providing guided tours of the museum, promoting the region and sharing local information, maintaining the premises, and assisting with other museum duties as needed.
