Summer job at the Municipality of L’Isle-aux-Allumettes: community assistant position

The Municipality of L’Isle-aux-Allumettes is offering a seasonal Community Assistant position for the summer of 2026. The job will begin around the end of June 2026 and will last approximately 8 to 9 weeks, at 30 to 40 hours per week, including some weekends. The hourly wage is $16.60.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old, have attended school full-time during the current school year, and plan to return to school in the fall, either at the secondary or post-secondary level. Bilingualism is considered an asset.

Main responsibilities include assisting non-profit organizations with their summer activities, supporting the municipality with special events, and performing various administrative tasks.
