The Old Hull district in Gatineau will come alive from May 21st to 24th, 2026, for the return of “Saucette en Showsettes – Vol. 4,” a festive and completely free event that celebrates the arrival of the warmer season.
Held in the pedestrian area of Laval Street, the event will feature four days of performances, activities, and entertainment for all ages, in a friendly and colorful atmosphere.
The musical lineup will highlight several local artists, including P’tit Belliveau, Sami Landri, Ariane Roy, Geoffroy, Léa Stréliski, and Daniel Coutu, offering a mix of styles ranging from French-language chanson to folk and pop.
In addition to musical performances, festival-goers can enjoy a variety of activities, including outdoor karaoke, a musical stroll, and a giant picnic. Family-friendly entertainment, such as inflatable structures and children’s face painting, is also planned.
The event, known for its playful concept encouraging attendees to wear sandals with socks, aims to bring the community together in a relaxed and accessible environment.
With a diverse program and free admission, “Saucette en Showsettes” once again establishes itself as a springtime highlight in the Outaouais region.
