A regional meeting to reflect on the needs of the communities of Pontiac

25 March 2026 à 2:35 pm

A regional consultation activity will be held on April 14th in Campbell’s Bay, bringing together elected officials, municipal representatives, organizations, and citizens interested in the development of the Pontiac.

Organized in collaboration with several organizations from the Outaouais region, this meeting aims to foster exchanges among local stakeholders and better identify the issues affecting local communities. Participants will first have the opportunity to learn about the services offered by regional organizations working in various sectors, including the social economy, the environment, culture, sustainable mobility, housing, as well as sports and recreation.

Following this, discussion tables will address concrete challenges experienced on the ground. These exchanges will be facilitated by professionals from participating organizations, with the goal of stimulating reflection and generating solutions tailored to local realities.

This initiative is intended as a unique opportunity for collaboration and networking, as it is not expected to be repeated in the coming years.

The event will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Campbell’s Bay Recreation Centre, located at 2 Second Street. Those interested are invited to register in advance by completing an online form.

The organizers hope for strong participation in order to actively contribute to the future and vitality of the region.
