Parc Oméga Showcases Québec on the International Stage
Parc Oméga continues to promote Québec well beyond its borders. Located in Montebello, in the Outaouais region, the wildlife park has stood out this year on the international tourism scene, earning six excellence awards and two certificates of merit recognizing the quality of its management, its immersive visitor experiences, and its commitment to wildlife protection.
Having welcomed more than 400,000 visitors this year, Parc Oméga has confirmed its status as a flagship tourist destination in Québec. Its General Manager, Benjamin Vallée, was also named General Manager of the Year 2025 at the Noble World Hotel Awards, a distinction he described as highly rewarding for the entire team.
Known for its unique experiences such as Sleeping with the Wolves, its drive-through wildlife observation route, and its ONIRO nighttime trail, the park focuses on an immersive and educational approach that remains respectful of nature.
Among the honors received, Parc Oméga has been listed among the world’s top 100 tourist destinations and has also earned awards from the World Tourism Awards, Tripadvisor, and the Association of Zoos and Aquariums of Canada.
Through its Vision 2030 plan, Parc Oméga aims to become a model for sustainable tourism and biodiversity protection, notably through breeding and conservation programs, as well as efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.
