24 November 2025 à 10:10 am

The Carrefour jeunesse emploi (CJE) de l’Outaouais proudly unveiled its 2025 Entrepreneur Cohort on Thursday, November 20, as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

This 14th edition highlighted the inspiring journeys of eight entrepreneurs who launched seven new businesses, supported by the personalized guidance offered by the CJE de l’Outaouais team.

Each year, the organization supports more than 180 entrepreneurs in developing, strengthening, or relaunching their projects, contributing to the economic and social vitality of Gatineau. Véronique Bernier, Communications and Development Coordinator at the CJE de l’Outaouais, presents the recipients of the 2025 cohort:

This edition had the privilege of welcoming Alexandre Goyette, Advisor for Outreach and Business Development at Desjardins Entreprises Outaouais, as Honorary Chair. Recognized for his commitment to regional economic development, Mr. Goyette praised the creativity and perseverance of the entrepreneurs in this cohort.

True to tradition, the event was held in a warm, casual 5-to-7 format, bringing together entrepreneurs, partners, elected officials, and community members. Guests had the opportunity to explore the products and services of the new businesses, engage directly with their creators, and build meaningful connections for the future.
