Sidney Squitty Wins Overwhelming Majority in Alleyn-et-Cawood

Incumbent mayor Carl Mayer was decisively voted out by the residents of Alleyn-et-Cawood.

More than 85% of voters chose Sidney Squitty, reflecting widespread dissatisfaction over the past year with the municipality’s taxation system and other concerns regarding Mayer’s leadership. Carl Mayer had served as mayor since 2013.
