À GO, on lit! launches its 8th campaign to reconnect young people with reading… in their pajamas!
What if reading a simple book could help you sleep better, reduce stress, or even succeed in school? That’s the challenge taken up once again this year by the À GO, on lit! movement, which is back with its 8th campaign — under the original theme of a literary pajama party.
With the help of well-known personalities such as Kevin Raphaël, the movement aims to show that reading can be simple, fun, and rewarding. In fact, reading for just 15 minutes a day can reduce stress by 60%, while also improving sleep and boosting creativity.
On social media, in schools, and in libraries, À GO, on lit! is rolling out an immersive digital campaign featuring exclusive video clips, a quiz to discover your reader profile, a selection of favorite books, and a wide range of free tools for schools and community workers. Since 2018, the movement has reached more than 350,000 young people across Quebec. The message is clear: reading is also about getting to know yourself, refocusing, and moving forward.
