Boucher Forest is a vast urban forest located in the Aylmer sector of Gatineau, Quebec. Covering over 700 acres (approximately 280 hectares), it is the city’s second-largest urban park. The site features several walking trails, a hard-surfaced parking lot, urban furnishings, and an accessible trail for people with disabilities. This summer, the range of services has been further enhanced with the addition of a fantastic adventure course. The equipment is primarily designed for families, specifically children aged 5 to 12. Normand Veillette, Development Officer at Loisir Sport Outaouais, provides more details on the recent updates:

To ensure safety, the provider Création dans les Arbres has added wood chips as a cushioning surface. All the equipment is made of wood, allowing the infrastructure to blend seamlessly into the forest setting.
