3 October 2025 à 12:39 pm

Spending time outdoors is great for both physical and mental health. It’s also more accessible than you might think, thanks to the Accès nature program launched by the Quebec Regional Parks (Parcs régionaux du Québec, Parq). Until March 31, 2026, more than thirty-five regional parks across the province are offering free online access through Accès nature, making it easier to enjoy outdoor activities more often. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing—or simply need a well-deserved moment of relaxation—Accès nature is the perfect opportunity to experience the health benefits of nature at no cost. Catherine Goulet Paradis, manager of the regional parks, provides more details:

Planning an outdoor outing for Thanksgiving, the holiday season, or March break? With Accès nature, many regional parks make your plans more accessible. Visit toutlemondedehors.ca, choose your destination, and reserve your free access no later than the day before your visit.
