CHIP 101.9 visits Pontiac business hub
The Pontiac Innovation Business Hub, located at the former Caisse Desjardins building in downtown Fort-Coulonge, is just a few weeks away from opening. Extensive work has been completed to accommodate entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations needing office space and various services. CHIP 101.9 had the opportunity to tour this new business center with its owner, real estate broker Sébastien Bonnerot, who gave us an overview of the work and improvements.
Bonnerot said he hopes to welcome professionals such as a notary, lawyer, or accountant to the center of Fort-Coulonge, who will be able to share office space. The Pontiac Chamber of Commerce, of which Bonnerot is the president, will also be renting a space. An official opening of the business center is expected to take place in September. Bonnerot also said that a historical symbol associated with Caisse Desjardins, which was the owner of the building from 1974 to 2024, will be preserved.
The full (French-language) interview with Bonnerot is available here.
