Caisse Desjardins de Rivière de Pontiac to hold virtual AGM on April 23th

The Caisse Desjardins de Rivière de Pontiac will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday April 23rd at 6:30 p.m., virtually. Caisse General Manager Stéphane Labine explained the reasons behind the virtual meeting.

During the AGM, the Caisse Desjardins de Rivière de Pontiac will unveil what it recommends members vote on regarding distributing dividends to members and the community.

To attend and vote, you must :

• be an individual, a legal entity or a company that has been a member of the Caisse for at least 90 days as of the date of the meeting
• be at least 18 years of age
• have a domicile, reside or work in Québec if you are a member of a territorial Caisse
• meet the criteria of your Caisse’s common bond, such as occupation, employment, sector of activity or any other criteria of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec, if you are a member of a group Caisse.

If you are a member and do not meet these conditions, you may attend the meeting, but you may not vote. From the end of the AGM presentation on April 23, you have 4 days to vote online. The voting period ends on April 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Members will be able to view the AGM live or recorded.
