Carrefour jeunesse-emploi to hold annual summer job fair next week

The Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi du Pontiac (CJEP) is hosting the third edition of their Pontiac Virtual Summer Job Fair next week for those looking to land a job for the summer months. The CJEP has been organizing job fairs for 5 years now, but this is the 3rd year for this edition dedicated to summer jobs. The fair will take place on April 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

CJEP project manager Jacob Gale explained that the CJEP has been organizing activities in various schools since January, such as workshops and mock interviews to improve skills.

The primary target for the fair is students, but it’s open to anyone looking for a summer job. A team will also be on hand at the CJEP premises in Campbell’s Bay to assist those who need it, and transportation can also be arranged if required.
