St. Paddy’s day party coming to Portage-du-Fort

The village of Portage-du-Fort will be alive with music and festivities on March 15 for a St. Paddy’s day party. The event, which will begin at 3 p.m. at the Municipal Hall, located at 22 rue de l’Église, promises a high-energy atmosphere with live music, drinks and food. One of the event’s organizers, Erin Davis, explains what’s planned:

Participants will also have the chance to win a prize for the best St. Patrick’s Day costume, while enjoying themed entertainment and other door prizes. The festival will showcase talented artists, offering a mix of Irish, country and rock music. Headliners include Danny Sylvester, Jeremy Williams & Erin Maiden, Nikki B, Kyle Pallen, Small Town Rootz, Wheel House and Holly Leach-Wickens.

Davis plans to use the proceeds to fund a project for children in Portage-du-Fort.
