Prekindergarten : Be 4 years old before October 1st 2020
Kindergarten : Be 5 years old before October 1st 2020
Grade One : Be 6 years old before October 1st 2020

DATES AND TIMES
The official registration period will take place from February 3rd to the 20th. You must make an appointment with Monica Soucie by calling 819-683-2091 ext. 12326. Those with appointments will be prioritized.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED AT REGISTRATION
Birth Certificat (original)
Children born in Québec: large format certificate issued by the registrar of civil status;
Children born in Ontario: FULL VERSION certificate;
Children born outside of Québec and Ontario: valid document with the names of the parents and the place of birth of the child.

Proof of residence in Québec of parent
or legal guardian
Two of the following documents:
Lease or deed of purchase of residence;
Municipal or school taxes account;
AND
Service invoice (Hydro-Québec, telephone, internet, cable, etc.);
Valid driver’s license in Québec;
Bank account/credit card statement;
Proof of subscription to a magazine or newspaper.

ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL
For students already enrolled in elementary schools, the school will send a registration renewal form to be signed by a parent or legal guardian. For high school students, the course selection sheet will serve as a renewal.

NEW STUDENTS
For new students who wish to enroll in elementary school, the parent or legal guardian must go to the same schools as those designated for kindergarten students enrollment.
For new students who wish to enroll in high school, the parent or legal guardian must go to l’école secondaire Sieur-de-Coulonge, in Mansfield-et-Pontefract, from February 3 to the 20, 2020 inclusively.
