Hydro-Québec has renewed its operating agreement with Ontario Power Generation (OPG) in Chat Falls, located on the border between Ontario and Québec. The spokesman for Hydro-Quebec, Francis Labbé, gave more details about the renewal in this interview with Eric O’Brien.
