Spend quality time outdoors thanks to your library!

Gatineau, January 6, 2025 — Thanks to the
partnership with the National Capital Commission,
all subscribers of libraries that are members of the
Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais can, using their
library cards, borrow a pass from their municipal
library to practice for free cross‐country skiing,
snowshoeing and winter cycling on the trails of
Gatineau Park. Please note that for children 12 and
under, access to the park is already free!

These passes giving free access to the trails of Gatineau Park are in circulation in each of the
member libraries of the Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais. Check with your library
(www.reseaubibliooutaouais.qc.ca/en/find‐your‐library).

Members can borrow these passes for up to two consecutive weeks, as many times as they
wish during the winter season.

With over 300 kilometers of winter trails to explore, Gatineau Park awaits you for an
unforgettable outdoor experience. Whether you’re cross‐country skiing, snowshoeing or
snow biking, you’re sure to fall under the spell of the park’s enchanting scenery, high‐quality
trails and peaceful surroundings.

For your own safety, always stay on official, marked trails. In winter, some trails are reserved
for a single activity, while others are shared:
