Job Opportunity

About us: The Chutes Coulonge is a historical site managed by a non-for-profit organization that devotes it’s time to the preservation, maintenance and promotion of the site and its history. Admission and activity revenues, donations and souvenir sales are invested in the conservation, development and maintenance of the site as well as in a variety of activities offered annually.

Chutes Coulonge offers panoramic lookouts on the Coulonge Falls, a logging museum, hiking trails and outdoor exhibits. The aerial park consists of an obstacle course in the trees, 2 giant canyon zip lines and a Via Ferrata course.

Ongoing annual events include the hugely popular Festival of Lights (December), Easter Egg Hunt (Easter) and Haunted Walk (October).


Under the supervision of the members of the board of directors and the general manager, the administrator contributes to the management of the financial and human resources of the site. Their main duties include paying bills, answering emails, payroll and employee scheduling, etc. This position consists of training the candidate so that they can be independent to work this winter.

  • Take reservations from online, by the phone, or by email

Skills and Qualities

  • Post-secondary degree or other relevant training related to administration or business
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Must be bilingual in French and English (written and oral)
  • Good knowledge with different software (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word minimum)
  • Professional attitude and team work
  • Administration experience
  • Human resource skills

Salary: to be discussed

There will be a training contract for 2022 which will be evaluated by the members of the board for a full time contract starting 2023.
