The Municipality of Mansfield-et-Pontefract Council will hold an extraordinary meeting for the purpose of adopting bylaw number 2025-012

By these presents, notice is given by the undersigned, Eric Rochon, Director General and Secretary-Treasurer of the Municipality of Mansfield-et-Pontefract.

The Municipal Council will hold an extraordinary meeting for the purpose of adopting bylaw number 2025-012, the object of which is the municipal budget for the 2026 fiscal year, the fixing of property tax rates, the special tax rate for the treatment of stinging insects, the base rate for the tax on the treatment of residual materials, the base rate for the water service tax, the base rate for the sewage service tax, and the triennial program of capital expenditures for 2026, 2027 and 2028.

This extraordinary meeting for the adoption of the budget will be held on Thursday, December 18th, 2025, at the usual time of Council meetings, at 314 Rue Principale at 7:00 p.m.

Anyone wishing to review the draft bylaw may do so at the Municipal Office, 314, rue Principale, during regular opening hours to the public, starting from December 11th, 2025.
