Red Cross offering more funding to spring flood disaster victims
Good news for spring flood disaster victims. The Canadian Red Cross is providing $ 600 in additional funding to meet immediate needs. The Canadian Red Cross Gatineau Recovery Office Coordinator Stéphane Martel says that it was because of the generous donations that they are able to offer this resource.
This amount is for to any persons whose address is the same as their principal residence located in the flood area. One person must be present to represent all residents living under the same roof by registering with the Red Cross on Wednesday, August 9, between noon and 8 pm at the CLSC of Mansfield (160 Chemin de la Chute).
