Evolution of the COVID-19 situation at the Pavilion Pie-XII

In a press release sent today (October 19), the Centre de services scolaire des Hauts-Bois de l’Outaouais (CSSHBO) was informed by the Public Health Department that students from the Pie-XII pavilion in Maniwaki are considered at moderate risk. As a result, at the request of the authorities, these students are kept at home until October 23, 2020 inclusivly.

All the families affected by this situation are supported by Public Health. To date, four (4) cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed positive for the CSSHBO, all of which are staff members.

The school concerned remains open and all necessary measures continue to be applied to ensure the safety and health of students and staff.

The School Service Center takes the opportunity to remind everyone that all preventive measures are applied rigorously in each of its establishments.
