As of yesterday, the management of the Sieur-de-Coulonge High School (ESSC) confirmed a case of COVID-19 in the group 52 class. As a preventive measure, the class was closed yesterday morning.

The necessary measures have been taken with the parents and/or guardians of the students and staff members concerned. The School Service Center and the school are in communication with the public health authorities of the Outaouais and are following their directives and recommendations carefully ", said ESSC principal Julie Martin.

ESSC management has asked parents to contact public health if they have any questions regarding COVID-19.

Starting today, distance education has begun. ESSC also reminded that students must respect the usual schedule and connect to their French, mathematics, English, science and social classes.

If there are any cases of COVID-19, please contact us to let us know”, concludes Julie Martin.

The letter from Sieur-de-Coulonge High School is available here.
